The process of the production
- Formation
- Degreasing:Clear the rolling lubricant and anti-oxidation oil on the surface of the aluminum sheet.
- Neutralization:Removed the settling filth that is produce on the degreasing process.
- Generated oxide film layer on the surface of the aluminum sheet by chromate agent.
- Coating:coating the resin on the surface of the aluminum coil,then the resin will curing film fast by high temperature treatment.
- Composition: Composite the coated aluminum coil on the both side of the PE core material by hot press.Enclosed the protecting film on the outside of the aluminum composite coil,then cutting them into slices and trimming.
